Attendees may register for
the full conference (3 days) or a partial conference package (1 day or 2
days). Badges will be color coded and checked each time you enter a
session.
Save some money (for a spa treatment or a round of golf perhaps?) by

Attendees who register by June 1, 2004 can save $25 off the cost of
registration. If your doctor registers for the event and lists
you as the person who referred him/her, we will credit your account with a
$50 rebate!
Included in your registration are all sessions, conference materials,
beverage and snack breaks, lunch on Friday (8/20/04) and Saturday (8/21/04)
and the special event banquet on Saturday evening. Guests who are not
attending the sessions may join you for lunches or the Saturday night
event for additional cost. Extra meal tickets must be purchased
on-line, in advance.
